CI: containerize the CI Reuse the templates from wayland/ci-templates: whenever DEBIAN_TAG is changed, this will rebuild a new container. gitlab-ci: wrap and alphabetize apt-get line This line is far too long, it makes it really had to see in a diff what changed. Wrap it into multiple lines and sort them alphabetically.
