remove dependency on EGL_KHR_surfaceless_context
cairo_egl_device_create(), which is called next, already checks if EGL_KHR_surfaceless_context is available. If not, it fallbacks to pbuffer. Signed-off-by: Adrian Negreanu <adrian.m.negreanu@intel.com>
