In 913d7c15f7 stricter error checking was
introduced to the strtol call, which broke reading backlight values.
Since every sysfs backlight file ends with a newline.
As noted in a comment in the previous MR to prevent damaged pointers
after calling asprintf, replace every asprintf call with str_printf.

Move the DRM-backend into a new sub-directory to make it stand out from
libweston core. This facilitates splitting drm.c into more files later.
vaapi-recorder is used only by DRM-backend, move that too.
libbacklight is used only by DRM-backend and a manual test program, and is
moved as well.

This tightens up the strtol() error checking in several places where it
is used for parsing environment variables, and in the backlight
interface that is reading numbers from files under /sys/class/backlight.
All of these uses are expecting strings containing decimal numbers and
nothing else, so the error checking can all be tightened up and made
consistent with other strtol() calls.
This follows the error checking style used in Wayland
(c.f. wayland-client.c and scanner.c) and c.f. commit cbc05378.

AC_USE_SYSTEM_EXTENSIONS enables _XOPEN_SOURCE, _GNU_SOURCE and similar
macros to expose the largest extent of functionality supported by the
underlying system. This is required since these macros are often
limiting rather than merely additive, e.g. _XOPEN_SOURCE will actually
on some systems hide declarations which are not part of the X/Open spec.
Since this goes into config.h rather than the command line, ensure all
source is consistently including config.h before anything else,
including system libraries. This doesn't need to be guarded by a
HAVE_CONFIG_H ifdef, which was only ever a hangover from the X.Org
modular transition.

At this point path must point to an allocated string since otherwise the
asprintf that makes the allocation would have failed and we would have
returned earlier.
This applies the same pattern as used in other error cases in this block - and
cleans up the file desciptors and allocated memory too.

readlink() returns the number of bytes that it has written excluding any NUL
byte (since it does not write that itself.) This could lead to attempting to
access beyond the end of buffer if the destination of the link is exactly 100
bytes long. The standard solution to this is to subtract one from the buffer
when passing it into readlink().

libbacklight is 300 lines of code in one .c file, and we're relying on
udev changes that aren't yet upstream. For now, let's just keep a
copy in weston and if the Xorg DDX drivers start using libbacklight and
it becomes more widely available, we'll make it an external dependency.
