Robert Mader	c83f0a1539	tests: Add test for subsurfaces mapping hierachies ... Test different scenarios where child subsurfaces of unmapped subsurfaces would get mapped. This test will fail in various ways without the commit "libweston/compositor: Do not map subsurfaces without buffer" Also try to test potential regressions of that patch.
