Pekka Paalanen f8d170c4e7 tests: factor out verify_image() 
This refactors a new function verify_image() out of
verify_screen_content().

verify_image() will be useful with a test that verifies a screenshot
against a reference image but also wants to do additional testing on the
screenshot.
