This PR shadows the postgres driver to ensure that as soon as a connection is open, the search_path is set appropriately. Unfortunately every connection to postgres requires that the search path is
set appropriately.

This PR shadows the postgres driver to ensure that as soon as a connection
is open, the search_path is set appropriately.
