compositor: rename scaler to viewport(er)

Since the interface is now called wp_viewport, rename functions from
"scaler" to "viewporter" as well.

scaler_surface_to_buffer() is renamed to viewport_surface_to_buffer()
because it is more about viewport than viewporter.
