Matt Roper 11568a73ba Turn off hardware cursor when screen fade begins.

The compositor was never actually calling the output backend to turn off
the hardware cursor when the screen begins fading.  This would result in
a stuck hardware cursor and movable software cursor for the duration of
the fade/unfade.

Wayland Demos

This repository contains a few demos application for the Wayland
project.  There's a sample compositor that can run on KMS, under X11
or under another Wayland compositor and there's a handful of simple
clients that demonstrate various aspects of Wayland:
