Tiago Vignatti 8e53c7f566 compositor: add dpms and backlight support

DPMS kicks in only when wscreensaver is launched, in the moment that shell
call lock() for the second time. Backlight control internals are managed by
libbacklight:

Wayland Demos

This repository contains a few demos application for the Wayland
project.  There's a sample compositor that can run on KMS, under X11
or under another Wayland compositor and there's a handful of simple
