Kristian Høgsberg b5ef591fac compositor: Stop using EGL_KHR_surfaceless_gles2

The remaining use case was making our context current before we had any
output surfaces.  We can do that now using a dummy surface, so let's stop
relying on surfaceless.

Wayland Demos

This repository contains a few demos application for the Wayland
