Alex Wu b9747d02c6 shell: Add implementation of fullscreen.

Undo fullscreen in shell_unset_fullscreen(), do all the stacking order
in shell_stack_fullscreen(), and configure black surface, method in
shell_configure_fullscreen().

Wayland Demos

This repository contains a few demos application for the Wayland
project.  There's a sample compositor that can run on KMS, under X11
or under another Wayland compositor and there's a handful of simple
