Pekka Paalanen c20529846e window: destroy misc objects on display_destroy()

Windows are supposed to be destroyed by the application explicitly.

Deferred tasks are not supposed to be added after returning from
display_run().

Destroy remaining wl objects (except input related will be in a
following patch).

Close the epoll fd.

Wayland Demos

This repository contains a few demos application for the Wayland
project.  There's a sample compositor that can run on KMS, under X11
or under another Wayland compositor and there's a handful of simple
clients that demonstrate various aspects of Wayland:
