Pekka Paalanen e156fb681e window: remove pointers to widget on destroy

Input devices may hold a pointer to the widget being destroyed. Reset
such pointers in widget_destroy().

This fixes a use-after-free in window_destroy(), if an application
destroys its widgets before the window.

Wayland Demos

This repository contains a few demos application for the Wayland
project.  There's a sample compositor that can run on KMS, under X11
or under another Wayland compositor and there's a handful of simple
