When creating outputs in the drm compositor, if allocating crtcs
fails, then free the drm resources. Also, if the base output list is
empty, free drm resources

Wayland Demos

This repository contains a few demos application for the Wayland
project.  There's a sample compositor that can run on KMS, under X11
