vrend: add enum vrend_resource_storage_type

The available resource storage types are

   VREND_RESOURCE_STORAGE_TEXTURE,
   VREND_RESOURCE_STORAGE_BUFFER,
   VREND_RESOURCE_STORAGE_SYSTEM,
