In order to test warping when pointer confinemen region changes, add
key binding to the maximized state without using the mouse.

By passing --complex-confine-region confine will draw an area looking
like a strange H in half transparent gray. This region will act as the
confine region when pointer confinement is activated (by right clicking).

Clear the white lines that is drawn by pointer motions. It makes it
easier to debug pointer movements as one won't need to restart confine
just to get a clean plate.

It is so far identical to clickdot except that it doesn't respond to
clicks.

If a cursor was set with wl_pointer.set_cursor but not in combination
with an action that has the side effect of damaging the region where the
cursor is positioned, it would not be drawn. This patch explicitly
schedules a repaint of the pointer sprite when it is set.
clickdot is updated to illustrate the bug; when moving the pointer over
clickdot, the pointer is hidden. When not having moved the pointer for
500 ms it is made visible using wl_pointer.set_pointer.

There was an issue recently in screen-share.c where config.h was not
being included, resulting in the wrong definition for off_t being used on
32 bit systems. I checked and I don't think this problem is happening
elsewhere, but to help avoid this sort of problem in the future, I went
through and made sure that config.h is included first whenever system
headers are included.
The config.h header should be included before any system headers, failing
to do this can result in the wrong type sizes being defined on certain
systems, e.g. off_t from sys/types.h

For the sample clients we introduce xmalloc() to simplify OOM-handling.
This patch only converts a few callsites, but this will be our strategy
going forward.
Instead of using a uint32_t for state everywhere (except on the wire,
where that's still the call signature), use the new
wl_keyboard_key_state enum, and explicit comparisons.

On one hand, getopt (in particular the -o suboption syntax) sucks on the
server side, and on the client side we would like to avoid the glib
dependency. We can roll out own option parser and solve both problems
and save a few lines of code total.
Remove all unneeded resizor features, and add the feature why clickdot

When a menu self-destructs, free also the widget and struct menu.
As menus are self-destructing, it does not make sense to store the
window pointer, since we cannot clear it automatically. Therefore,
rename window_create_menu() to window_show_menu() that does not return
the window pointer. It also calls window_schedule_redraw() internally.
Fixes Valgrind reported memory leaks.
The alternative would be to explicitly destroy the menu in application's
menu callback.

This lands the basic behavior of the popup surface type, but there are still
a number of details to be worked out. Mainly there's a hardcoded timeout
to handle the case of releasing the popup button outside any of the
client windows, which triggers popup_end if it happens after the timeout.
Maybe we just need to add that as an argument, or we could add a new event
that fires in this case to let the client decide whether it ends the popup
or not.
Make resizor quit when you press Esc key.
Call the toytoolkit cleanup functions, properly destroy window, display
and frame callback.
