Use the surfaceless platform in the headless backend to initialize the
GL-renderer and create pbuffer outputs. This allows headless backend to use
GL-renderer, even hardware accelerated.
This paves way for exercising GL-renderer in CI and using the Weston test suite
to test hardware GL ES implementations.

In case the base EGLConfig is needed, gl_renderer_display_create() needs to
know it should use EGL_WINDOW_BIT or EGL_PBUFFER_BIT.
The PBUFFER case is added for when the headless backend will grow GL-renderer
support.

Now that all backends pass in a list of acceptable DRM formats, that is used to
determine if the EGLConfig has an alpha channel or not. Therefore the
opaque_attribs and alpha_attribs are now useless, and we can remove the whole
config_attribs argument from the API.
gl_renderer_get_egl_config() uses an internal attrib list that matches at least
the union of the opaque_attribs and alpha_attribs matches.
Overall, behaviour should remain unchanged.
The new attribute array becomes variable in the future, so it is left
non-const.

Replace a direct call to egl_choose_config() with a higher level function
gl_renderer_get_egl_config(). This will make follow-up work easier when
attribute lists will be generated inside gl_renderer_get_egl_config() instead
of passed in as is.
We explicitly replace visual_id with drm_formats, because that is what they
really are. Only the DRM backend passes in other than NULL/0, and if other
backends start caring about the actual pixel format, drm_format is the lingua
franca.

In an attempt to pull more of EGLConfig choosing into one place, refactor code
into the new gl_renderer_get_egl_config(). The purpose of this function is to
find an EGL config that not only satisfies the requested attributes and the
pixel formats if given but also makes sure the config is generally compatible
with the single GL context we have.
All this was already checked in gl_renderer_create_window_surface(), but
gl_renderer_create_pbuffer_surface() is still missing it. This patch is
preparation for fixing the pbuffer path.

No caller ever used anything but NULL here, so just use NULL to simplify code.
In fact, no EGL platform defined today even defines any platform attributes
except the X11 platform for choosing a non-default SCREEN.

The main idea is to make libweston users use the form
#include <libweston/libweston.h>
instead of the plain
#include <compositor.h>
which is prone to name conflicts. This is reflected both in the installed
files, and the internal header search paths so that Weston would use the exact
same form as an external project using libweston would.
The public headers are moved under a new top-level directory include/ to make
them clearly stand out as special (public API).

This means compositors don't need to call supports() manually and
create() will just return -1 in the failure case as before. This also
means we can deal with the case of eglGetProcAddress returning
non-NULL but not actually being available at runtime.

The rationale here is, that this line would create an instance of
gl_renderer_interface in every compilation unit that included
gl-renderer.h. This is not necessary, and it can actually be harmful by
masking the real exported gl_renderer_interface symbol, if you added
another compilation unit to gl-renderer.so, causing a runtime failure in
loading it.
gl-renderer.c already creates the exported symbol.
The gbm-format configuration option can now be specified per-output as
well as in the core config section. If it is not specified it will
default to the format specified in the core section. The
EGL_MESA_configless_context extension is required for this to work. If
this extension is available it will create a context without an
EGLConfig and then it will potentially use a different EGLConfig for
each output.
The gl-renderer interface has been changed so that it takes the EGL
attributes and visual ID in the create_output function as well as in
the create function.
Compiling fbdev backend on RaspberryPi caused the following warning:

The first advantage of this new API is that it is per-output instead of
global to the gl_renderer instance. This means that different windows can
have different titles, different button states, etc. The new api also uses
four textures (one for each side) instead of one. This allows you to draw
real borders with text and buttons in them instead of a simple image that
gets streached.
Images will be scaled as needed, so the right and left can be one pixel
tall if desired.

The time spent loading EGL and GLES libraries from disk can be a
considerable hit in some embedded use cases. If Weston is compiled
with EGL support, the binary will depend on those libraries, even if
a software renderer is in use.
This patch splits the GL renderer into a separate loadable module,
and moves the dependency on EGL and GLES to it. The backends still
need the EGL headers for the native types and EGLint. The function
load_module() is renamed to weston_load_module() and exported, so
that it can be used by the backends.
The gl renderer interface is changed so that there is only one symbol
that needs to be dlsym()'d. This symbol contains pointers to all the
functions and data necessary to interact with the renderer. As a side
effect, this change simplifies gl-renderer.h a great deal.
AC_USE_SYSTEM_EXTENSIONS enables _XOPEN_SOURCE, _GNU_SOURCE and similar
macros to expose the largest extent of functionality supported by the
underlying system. This is required since these macros are often
limiting rather than merely additive, e.g. _XOPEN_SOURCE will actually
on some systems hide declarations which are not part of the X/Open spec.
Since this goes into config.h rather than the command line, ensure all
source is consistently including config.h before anything else,
including system libraries. This doesn't need to be guarded by a
HAVE_CONFIG_H ifdef, which was only ever a hangover from the X.Org
modular transition.

The Android backend provides basic EGL/GLES2 graphics, where everything
is always composited. Overlays are not used. Input is stubbed, therefore
there is no input yet.
This adds the first C++ source file into Weston compositor. The Android
gralloc and fb HAL glue code to the Android EGL library is in C++, and
there is no way to access it from plain C. We have a simple wrapper to
the required C++ class API. Android forces the C++ file name extension
to .cpp.
The android backend is compiled by default. However, all Android
specific calls are protected with #ifdef ANDROID, so it will build also
without Android headers. The binary produced without the Android build
system is useless, but allows build-testing generic Weston changes.
Therefore the android backend is not installed.
